Abstract

The invention refers to the chemistry field, namely, to derivatives of alkylaminic salts of N,N1-malonyl-bis-p-aminobenzoic acid which posess a biologic activity and may be used in medicine.There are claimed alkylaminic salts of N,N1-malonyl-bis-p-aminobenzoic acid of general formula:CH2[CONHC6H4COO]-2 . 2N+H(R1R2R3),where R1 is H, CH3;R2 - H, CH3, C2H5, C2H4OH;R3 - C2H5, C2H4OH, C3H6OH, CH(CH3)-(CH2)3-N(C2H5)2,as well as a process for preparation and utilization of such compounds as hypotensive and antiarythmic remedy.
