Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la selecţia şi genetica plantelor şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea plantelor regenerante de porumb numai cu organe de reproducere feminine.Procedeul propus include separarea embrionilor imaturi de porumb la 10…12 zile după polenizare, cultivarea lor în decurs de 14 zile până la formarea calusului pe mediu nutritiv Murashige-Skooge, ce conţine acid 2,4-diclorfenoxiacetic, recultivarea calusului obţinut pe acelaşi mediu nutritiv până la obţinerea calusului embriogen, iar plante regenerante de porumb se obţin prin cultivarea calusului embriogen pe mediu nutritiv Murashige-Skooge ce conţine acid 2,4-diclorfenoxiacetic în concentraţie de 1,0…2,0 mg/L.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în mărirea frecvenţei de obţinere a plantelor regenerante de porumb cu organe de reproducere feminine.
