Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în particular la ortopedie, şi anume la tratamentul defectelor diafizare la copii.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că incizia ţesuturilor moi ale gambei se execută pe partea laterală a ei, apoi se efectuează mobilizarea fibulei, se execută orificii prin tot stratul cortical în jurul porţiunii fibulei şi ea se secţionează prin orificiile obţinute. După aceasta plaga se suturează.
