Abstract

The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and may be used in the technological processes for preparation of mixes used in the construction and powder metallurgy.The mixer includes a horizontally placed cylindrical body, inside of which it is installed a shaft with tools made in the form of rods, fixed in a helical line.The body wall is made double and includes the external and internal cylindrical membranes, the cavity formed between them is filled in with liquid. In the lower part of the cavity is placed an electric heater and in the upper part - a thermocouple sensor. In the external cylindrical membrane, from below, it is made a liquid feeding orifice and in the internal cylindrical membrane, from above - a drain orifice.The result consists in improving the conditions of water penetration into the prepared mixture due to liquid heating.
