Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnica de concentrare a diferitelor soluţii apoase şi poate fi utilizată în instalaţiile pentru concentrarea produselor în industriile alimentară, farmaceutică şi pentru desalinizarea apei de mare.Procedeul de concentrare a soluţiilor apoase include combinarea soluţiilor apoase cu un agent hidratogen cu formarea amestecului din hidraţi, agentului hidratogen gazos şi concentratului de substanţe, separarea hidraţilor obţinuţi de concentratul de substanţe, spălarea şi topirea lor, colectarea concentratului de substanţe obţinut şi apei provenite din topire, lichefierea agentului hidratogen. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că spălarea şi topirea hidraţilor se efectuează la presiunea de formare a hidraţilor, totodată spălarea hidraţilor se efectuează cu agentul hidratogen lichefiat care în amestec cu concentratul de substanţe se readuce în contact cu soluţia apoasă supusă concentrării, iar apa provenită din topire se încălzeşte pe contul căldurii de condensare a agentului hidratogen şi apoi se utilizează pentru topirea hidraţilor.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în reducerea pierderilor de substanţă şi consumului de energie, precum şi în ridicarea productivităţii instalaţiei.
