Abstract
Invenţia se referă la compuşi chimici noi cu activitate biologică, în particular, la compuşii care amplifică acţiunea antibioticelor.Este revendicată sarea de diclavulanat, derivată de la acidul clavulanic şi diaminoeterul,cu formula Iîn care substituenţii au semnificaţia, indicată în descriere.De asemenea, sunt revendicate un procedeu de obţinere a ei şi o compoziţie farmaceutică, conţinând o sare acceptabilă farmaceutic a acidului clavulanic şi un purtător, diluant sau excipient acceptabili farmaceutic şi, preferabil, un antibiotic β-lactamic.
