Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology and particularly to the Obtaining a biomass spiruline with a high content of fluorine. Which can be used as biological raw material to obtain medical preparates with a fluorine content. The aim of the invention is to encrease the quantity of fluorine in the biomass of spiruline. îThe method contains inoculating spiruline in the nutritive medium which contains nutricions compound and fluorine compound, the cultivation and separation of biomass. As fluorine compound, tetrahydrated fluorine cobalt is used, fractionakky introduced, calcullating 5 g/l inoculating Spiruline plantesis and 10-15 mg/l on the third day of cultivation.The method ensures the encreasing of fluorine content in the spiruline biomass of 1,5 times in comparison with the usual method.
