Abstract

The invention relates to devices for grinding materials, in particular for grinding grain in the installations for the preparation of food mixtures or mixed feed.The vertical crusher contains a cylindrical body with an outlet, wherein it is placed, joined with an electric motor (1), a rotor with disk and knives, under which is placed a sieve. The crusher also contains a loading hopper (12) mounted above the body. The knives are placed in blocks, with stepped lateral edges, radially on the disk, at a distance of 90°. The loading hopper (12) is equipped with two unloading pipes (13, 14), the ends of which are situated in the peripheral zone of knives. The sieve is made in the form of a basket, on the radial and horizontal surfaces of which are made calibrated orifices, and the lower edge of the radial surface of the sieve goes beyond the limits of the horizontal surface.
