he invention refers to a process for bentonite obtaining for wine-, juice-making industry etc. The process provides for the consecutive chemical activation of bentonite with acetic acid, citric acid and sodium carbonate.The result consists in increasing the bentonite quality, in reducing the corrosion of the equipment, environmental protection and reduction in the cost of the finished product.Claims: 1
