Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology. Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the clinical, paraclinical examination, within which it is carried out the cycloergometry, according to which it is determined the effort stopping criterion, the applied treatment, besides the adrenal blockers, additionally includes administration of peripheral vasodilating preparations and of cardiac glycosides, and the discriminant function (F) is calculated according to the formula:F=2,241-1,145ATA-10,937AICT+0,040ATAS-0,002ADP+0,005ATASM+0,695ACIE,whereinTA - the index characterizing the applied treatment and, depending on the used preparations, receives the values: 1 (Athenolol), 2 (Athenolol+Ramipril), 3 (Isorbinitrate+Digoxin)ICT - cardiothoracal indexTAS - systolic arterial pressure (without effort)DP - double product (units)TASM - systolic arterial pressure with maximum effortCIE - effort stopping criterion, which takes the values: 1 for dyspnea, 2 for submaximum CCF, on the basis of which there are determined the variants of the cardiac insufficiency syndrome course. When F>0 it is prognosticated an effect of improvement, and when F<0 - an effect of aggravation.Claims: 1
