Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul constructiei de masini si anume la dispozitive pentru amestecarea materialelor friabile, destinate in special pentru pregatirea nutreturilor combinate.Malaxorul contine un corp cilindric amplasat orizontal cu guri de incarcare si descarcare, un arbore montat in acesta avand doua palete fixate pe el. Fiecare paleta este executata dintr-o sectiune a unui inel plat si este intarita pe bare radiale, fixate pe arbore pe o linie elicoidala, totodata ambele palete sunt amplasate una fata de alta cu directionarea contrara a infasurarii. Barele marginale sunt instalate paralel una fata de alta si directionate contrar, iar cele mijlocii sunt amplasate perpendicular pe barele marginale si directionate contrar. Gurile de incarcare si descarcare sunt amplasate, respectiv, in partile superioara si inferioara ale corpului, totodata gura de descarcare este dotata cu o vana legata cu actionarea in forma de tija longitudinala cu cama de strangere.Rezultatul consta in comunicarea materialelor amestecate a unei deplasari orizontale contrar directionate prin intermediul paletelor si a unei deplasari verticale sub actiunea gravitatiei. ŕThe invention relates to the field of machine construction, namely to devices for mixing friable materials, intended especially for the preparation of combined feeds.
