Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de motoare, si anume la sistemele de evacuare a gazelor de esapament ale motorului cu ardere interna. Dispozitivul pentru epurarea de cenusa a gazelor deesapament si pentru diminuarea zgomotului produs de motorul cu ardere interna include o toba (1) deesapament in care este amplasat un filtru centrifug (2) electric, dotat cu o camera de precipitare (3) a ciclonului, un electrod coroana (4) fixat incamera de precipitare (3) a ciclonului si izolat prin intermediul unui set de garnituri (8) izolante, electrozi de ionizare (5) a ionizatorului amplasati in stutul de admisiune a camerei de precipitare (3) a ciclonului, un buncar (19) si o sursa de alimentare (18). Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca dispozitivul contine suplimentar un corp (11) cu stuturi de admisiune (12) si de evacuare (14), iar de stutul de admisiune (12) este fixata o teava (15) inchisa din ambele capete, cu orificii pepartile opuse ale suprafetelor laterale pentru evacuarea gazelor de esapament, care este plasata sub nivelul lichidului aflat in corpul filtrului. Incalitate de lichid poate fi utilizat uleiul mineral.The invention relates to the engine construction industry, namely to the exhaust systems of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine. The novelty of the invention consists in that the device additionally contains a body (11) with intake manifolds (12) and outlet (14), and from the intake manifold (12) is fixed a pipe (15) closed on both ends, with holes the opposite blades of the lateral surfaces for the exhaust gas exhaust, which is placed below the level of the liquid found in the filter body. The quality of the liquid can be used mineral oil.
