Abstract
The invention relates to devices for measuring the temperature in microwave ovens and can be used in research and production for the automation of data storage, processing and measurement processes.The device consists of two independent systems: a complex measuring system (MS) and a system of protection against the effects of microwaves. The measuring system (MS) includes an electronic thermometer (T), sensitive to infrared radiation, a support (S) for thermometer fixation at a distance from the oven with an opening, through which the infrared radiation is measured, a computer (C), a switch and connectors. The protection system consists of three metal plates, joined in a packet, in which is made a door-blind with the possibility of closing/opening the oven opening, through which the measurements are carried out.The door-blind can be lifted by a solenoid, the iron core of which is connected to it.The solenoid is operated at the command by means of a synchronizer coupled with an oven magnetron control unit, so it can open the opening only in the period when there is no generation of microwaves.To ensure safety in case of blocking the door-blind in the open position, the device is equipped with a microswitch which interrupts the power of the magnetron and the generation of microwaves.
