Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de prelucrare a şrotului de floarea-soarelui cu obţinerea unei fracţiuni cu un conţinut redus de proteine pentru utilizarea în calitate de combustibil şi a unei fracţiuni cu un conţinut mai mare de proteine pentru utilizarea în calitate de hrană pentru animale, care include mai multe etape de dizolvare şi separare, şi anume, cel puţin, două etape de eliminare a proteinelor, de preferinţă, prin intermediul unor valţuri striate sau mori cu ciocane, sau mori cu impact cu o sarcină de impact ciclică scurtă asupra materiei prime, separarea ulterioară prin cernere şi colectarea materialului cernut şi a materialului rezidual grosier.De asemenea, invenţia se referă la o instalaţie pentru prelucrarea şrotului de floarea-soarelui, care include dispozitive de dizolvare a proteinelor din şrot şi dispozitive de separare a proteinelor de materialul grosier, totodată include un dispozitiv de uscare (3) a materiei prime, un concasor cu un singur valţ pentru prelucrarea materiei prime, cel puţin două valţuri striate (8, 8a) sau două mori cu ciocane pentru separarea proteinelor, cel puţin două site plane (10, 10a) pentru cernerea materialului, dispozitive de transport şi colectare (6, 7, 11) a produsului cernut şi, respectiv, a materialului mediu sau grosier, şi, cel puţin, un dispozitiv (12 sau 13) pentru peletizarea sau granularea a cel puţin uneia dintre fracţiunile obţinute.
