Abstract
The invention relates to the wine-making industry, to the production of various types of wine in the private sector, namely to the mechanization of the process of maturation, extraction and fermentation of the pulp, runoff and easy pressing of the solid phase.The maturation-fermentation mini-container “Robot” consists of a metal container (1), equipped with a movable perforated plate (2), a loading-and-unloading opening (3), a nozzle (4) for must, an axle (5), a bearer bar (6 ), a movable perforated bottom (7), a winch (8) with a metal cable, a lever (9) for moving the bottom (7), articulated hinges (10), a roll crusher (11), a crank (12) with a winch, a pulley (13 ) and a cable (14), limiting supports (15) for the plate (2) and the bottom (7), and a cable with a hook (16) for fixing the lever (9).
