Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the plastic surgery and it is meant for covering of certain soft tissue defects of wide length. The proposed autoplastic graft is formed of a musculocutaneous flap containing the big dorsal muscle and a dermoadipose thoracicoabdominal tubed flap, the combined autoplastic graft having a common base, consisting of the tegument distal portion superjacent the big dorsal muscle and a common vascular pedicle, consisting of the thoracicodorsal artery and vein.Claims: 1
