Abstract

The invention refers to the medicine, namely to the endoscopic surgery and may be applied for treatment of biliary lithiasis.Summary of the method consists in the preparation of the operative field, introduction of the trocars in the parumbilical region for installation of the optical device and in the epigastric region for installation of the working device. Then it is introduced via the X intercostals space on the anterior axillary line a bicanalicular catheter with a balloon inside the biliary vesicle in the region of the vesicle bottom, afterwards it is discharged under pressure air or liquid inside the balloon, by means of which it is displaced the biliary vesicle upward and to the right for the access to the cystic duct and the artery. In the region of the right hypochondrium on the medioclavicular line, in the cervix or vesicle body region there are introduced identical catheters for subserous decollation of the biliary vesicle. Then there are introduced the catheters, it is carried out the puncture and aspiration of the content, afterwards it is prepared, clipped and sectioned the cystic duct and the artery, it is subserously decollated the biliary vesicle, which is extracted via the parumbilical opening. The malacotic tissues are sutured.
