Abstract
The invention relates to the wine making industry and may be used at the dry aromatized wines production. The grape wine, containing the table wine material and an alcoholic infusion of the aroma ingredients, complementary contains the alcoholic stevia (Rebaundiana) infusion. This one, introduced into the aromatized wine, enables to improve the taste and bouquet of the wine, because the steviozide as a natural sweetening extracted from the stevia (Rebaundiana) acts as a softening material for aperitif taste, make it more harmonic and enriches the wine with other extractive materials.
