The invention relates to the chemistry of heterometallic co-ordinative compounds.Summary of the invention consists in obtaining of a nonahydrate of bis (nitrilotriacetate) bismuthate (III) of tris (thiosemicarbazide) cobalt (III) of the formula:as dielectric material.The result consists in obtaining a heterometallic co-ordinative cpmpound with a specific resistance of 7,5…30,0 times higher than its structural analogs.
