Abstract

The invention relates to the building elements, in particular to the building panels and may be used for lining of suspended ceilings of the rooms. The decorative lining panel contains a rectangular frame, onto which there is stretched a canvas of polymer film, and flange plates. The frame has a U-shaped profile, into the lateral walls of which there are made holes. The plates hal an overturned U-shaped profile with the possibility of joining with the frame inside its profile around the panel perimeter jointly with the edges of the polymer film. Onto the lateral walls of the panel profile there are made protrusions corresponding to the holes in the frame. The frame and the panel plates are made of plastic material. The film may be semitransparent or colored and onto it there may be applied a decorative drawing.The process for manufacture of the decorative lining panel includes fixing and stretching of the film onto the panel frame with the help of the flange plates. The overturned U-shaped profile of the plates permits to install them inside the corresponding U-shaped profile of the frame. Fixing of the plates into the frame is carried out be means of protrusions on the surfaces of the plates, interacting with the corresponding holes in the walls of the frame profile.The result consists in increasing the reliability of fixing and stretching the film onto the panel.Claims: 9Fig.: 3
