Abstract
Invenţia se referă la microbiologie şi poate fi aplicată pentru indicarea rapidă a toxigenităţii microbiene.Imunoreactivul include ser imun antitoxic, clamidospori de Ustilago maydis şi soluţie de 0,01% de mertiolat de sodiu, având următorul raport al ingredientelor, în % de volum:ser imun antitoxic 20,0…50,0clamidospori de Ustilago maydis 8,0…12,0soluţie de 0,01% de mertiolat de sodiu restul.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în accelerarea indicării toxigenităţii microbiene, sporirea sensibilităţii şi specificităţii reactivului, precum şi în mărirea termenului lui de păstrare.\x{FDE1}
