Abstract

The invention refers to the agriculture, in particular to phytotechny and may be used for controlling the water exchange of the crop plants.The process for controlling the water exchange of the crop plants includes soaking of seeds before sowing and extraradical treatment of plants in the floral bud formation and mass flowering phases with aqueous solution of potassium galate-di(acetic acid)-dihydrate of the formula C7H5O5K·2CH3COOH·2H2O in concentration of 0,001…0,01 mass %.The result of the invention consists in increasing the efficiency of water use by plants that contributes to the obtaining of a heavier yield.
