Abstract
The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the endoscopic hemostasis of hemorrhages from gastroesophageal varices in hepatic cirrhosis. Summary of the invention consists in that the fibrinous adhesive consists of fibrinogen solution, which is mixed with solution of thrombin, calcium chloride, adrenaline and aprotinin in the following component ratio to 1 ml:fibrinogen (mg) 15...30thrombin (IU) 25...100calcium chloride (µmol) 15...30adrenaline (mg) 0,1...0,3aprotinin (RIU) 250...1000.The fibrinous adhesive is used in the capacity of hemostatic in hemorrhages from gastroesophageal varices in hepatic cirrhosis.Claims: 2
