Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru criodistrucţia ţesuturilor biologice ale tumorilor maligne ale tegumentelor şi mucoaselor cu răspândire locală.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că asupra ţesutului tumoral şi pe o distanţă de 3 cm de ţesut sănătos din jurul tumorii se acţionează preventiv cu ultrasunet având intensitatea de 0,3…0,5 W/cm2 şi frecvenţa de 880 kHz. Timpul de expunere constituie 9…11 min. Apoi, în funcţie de mărimea tumorii, se stabileşte numărul de sonde aplicate, care se folosesc pentru distrucţia ţesutului tumoral, şi se determină distanţa de la marginea tumorii până la sondă după formula:şi distanţa dintre sonde, care se determină după formula:,undeR - distanţa de la marginea tumorii până la sondă,L - distanţa dintre sonde,a - lungimea tumorii,b - lăţimea tumorii,n - numărul de sonde aplicate.
