Abstract

The invention refers to microbiology, in particular to a fungi strain which may be used in microbiological industry for lipolytic enzymes obtaining. The strain of Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer 67 fungi, producer of lipolytic enzymes, is deposited with the National Collection of Microorganisms at the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Moldova with the registration number CNMN FD 03. The strain is characterized by a high lipolytic activity and a short cultivation term. Claims: 1
