Abstract

Invenţia se referă la materialele pentru încărcare prin sudare şi poate fi utilizată pentru depunerea metalelor rezistente la uzură.Materialul propus conţine următoarele componente, în % mas.: aluminiu 3,0…5,0; ferocrom 30,0…40,0; grafit 2,0…4,0; feromolibden 0,5…2,0; ligatură 11,7…14,5; scorie 7,0…10,0 şi pulbere de fier - restul, totodată ligatura conţine următoarele componente, în % mas.: siliciu 3,0...4,5; calciu 3,5...4,0; mangan 4,5...5,5; metale de pământ rare 0,2...0,5; fier - restul.Introducerea suplimentară a ligaturii, care are în componenţa sa elemente cu un potenţial de ionizare mic şi a scoriei, care conţine un element activ de suprafaţă (oxigenul), permite crearea unui transfer de metale cu un jet de picături fine pe suprafaţa piesei prelucrate, ceea ce reduce pierderile piesei prelucrate şi sporeşte randamentul încărcării prin sudare.
