Abstract

The invention refers to the wine industry, namely to a process for treatment of alcoholic distillate. The process, according to the invention, includes administration into the distillate of the calcium oxide in the form of powder in the amount of 0,5...2,5 doses necessary for neutralization of the total sulphurous acid, contained in the distillate, homogenization, repose and removal of the formed precipitate. The result consists in increasing the quality of the treated alcoholic distillate and in diminishing the alcohol losses in the treatment process. Claims: 1
