Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la traumatologie si ortopedie si poate fi aplicata pentru tratamentul deformatiei de valgus a portiunii proximale a femurului la copii. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza in perioada preoperatorie examenul roentgenologic pentru stabilirea unghiului dintre colul femural si diafiza lui, apoi se stabileste unghiul necesar pentru inlaturarea deformatiei. Se efectueaza o incizie a pielii de 2…3 cm pe partea laterala a coapsei, se indeparteaza muschii pana la os, in regiunea intertrohanderica se inlatura periostul si cu ajutorul osteotomului se efectueaza osteotomia cuneiforma transversala a 2/3 din diametrul osului femural cu baza indreptata spre partea laterala a osului femural, dupa care se efectueaza manipulatii de formare a unghiului necesar dintre colul femural si diafiza lui pana la inlaturarea deformatiei. In defectul osteotomic se introduce un auto- sau alotransplant osos pregatit. Osul se fixeaza din partea laterala cu ajutorul unei placi indoite sub unghiul format si se fixeaza cu ajutorul unor suruburi de colul femural si de diafiza lui, apoi plaga se sutureaza pe straturi.The invention relates to medicine, especially to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied for the treatment of valgus deformity of the proximal portion of the femur in children. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that during the preoperative period the roentgenological examination is carried out to determine the angle between the femoral neck and its diaphysis, and then the angle necessary to remove the deformity is established. A skin incision of 2… 3 cm is performed on the lateral side of the thigh, the muscles are removed to the bone, the periosteum is removed and the periosteum is removed and with the help of the osteotome the transverse cuneiform osteotomy of 2/3 of the diameter of the femur bone with the straightened base is performed. towards the lateral part of the femoral bone, after which manipulations are made to form the necessary angle between the femoral neck and its diaphysis until the deformation is removed. In the osteotomic defect, a prepared auto- or allograft bone is inserted. The bone is fixed from the side by means of a plate bent under the formed angle and is fixed with the help of screws of the femoral neck and its diaphysis, then the wound is sutured on the layers.
