Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out reduction of the fragments and fixation thereof with a metal plate, which is fixed more distally from the fracture place, according to the standard AO-method, and more proximally - with short screws passed merely through the lateral cortical layer of the femur. At the same time, around the femur, in the place of fixation of short screws, there are passed double wire cerclages, embracing their caps.
