Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к детской гастроэнтерологии.Сущность изобретения заключается в том, чтодля определениястепени тяжести хронических гастродуоденальных поражений у детей, собирают и готовят пробу из слюны, а затем фотометрически определяют уровень глутатионредуктазы, и в случае ее содержания в слюне, в интервале 300,0…400,0 нМ определяют легкую, 401,0…550,0 нМ среднюю, и >550,0 нМ тяжелую степени поражений.
