Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la chirurgie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul peritonitelor postoperatorii generalizate sau cauzate de perforatia organelor cavitare. Esenta inventiei consta in efectuarea interventiei chirurgicale, apoi la sfarsitul ei si peste fiecare 12 ore, prin drenuri, se efectueaza lavajul peritoneal cu un amestec de solutie fiziologica cu 50 ?g/l de tripsina, 400 mg/l de ciprofloxacina si 500 mg/l de metronidazol. Totodata, se administreaza suplimentar si i/v ciprofloxacina in doza de 200...400 mg si metronidazol 500 mg de doua ori pe zi, iar cura de tratament constituie 7 zile. ŕThe invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for the treatment of generalized postoperative peritonitis or caused by perforation of the cavity organs. The essence of the invention consists in performing the surgery, then at the end and after every 12 hours, through the drains, the peritoneal lavage is carried out with a mixture of physiological solution with 50 g / l of trypsin, 400 mg / l of ciprofloxacin and 500 mg / l of metronidazole. At the same time, i / v ciprofloxacin is also administered in the dose of 200 ... 400 mg and metronidazole 500 mg twice daily, and the treatment cure is 7 days. à
