Abstract
Inventia se refera la microbiologie, in particular la mediile de cultivare a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C, producatoare de celulaze si poate fi aplicata pentru obtinerea preparatelor celulozolitice, utilizate in industriile alimentara, eterooleaginoasa, textila, farmaceutica. Mediul nutritiv contine, in g/L de apa: KH2PO4 -1,0; CaCl2 - 0,1; KCl - 0,1; MgSO4.7H2O - 0,3; NaNO3 - 2,5; FeCl3.6H2O - 0,01; (NH4)2VO3.Gly - 0,010...0,015; celuloza microcristalina - 10,0 si extract de porumb - 15,0; pH-ul fiind 4,5. Rezultatul consta in sporirea continutului de endoglucanaze, celobiohidrolaze si ?-glucozidaze in preparatele celulozolitice. ŕ
