Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria lichiorurilor, in particular la un balsam. Balsamul, conform inventiei, contine macerat hidroalcoolic din materia prima vegetala: partea aeriana de sovarf, sunatoare, coada-soricelului si melisa, rizomi de obligeana, radacina de lemn dulce, muguri de pin, precum si ingredientele: suc de arone negre alcoolizat, suc de scoruse de munte alcoolizat, suc de mere alcoolizat, zahar, acid citric, caramel si solutie hidroalcoolica, totodata materia prima vegetala si ingredientele sunt luate in urmatorul raport, pentru a obtine 1000 L de produs finit: partea aeriana de sovarf 0,44...0,59 kg, partea aeriana de sunatoare 0,55...0,77 kg, partea aeriana de coada-soricelului 0,64...0,86 kg, partea aeriana de melisa 0,86...0,99 kg, rizomi de obligeana 0,11...0,15 kg, radacina de lemn dulce 0,85...1,15 kg, muguri de pin 0,17...0,23 kg, suc de arone negre alcoolizat 85,0...115,0 L, suc de scoruse de munte alcoolizat 68,0...92,0 L, suc de mere alcoolizat 68,0...92,0 L, zahar 97,0...131,0 kg, acid citric 0,07...0,11 kg, caramel 8,50...11,50 kg, solutie hidroalcoolica restul L, pana la taria de 42,0(0,5% vol. ŕThe invention relates to the liquor industry, in particular to a conditioner.
