Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la neurologie si poate fi folosita pentru tratamentul pacientilor cu meningite purulente secundare nespecifice. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se introduc preparate antibacteriene in doze eficiente, se efectueaza punctia decompresiva subarahnoidiana si in spatiul dat se introduc 15...20 ml de solutie de NaCl de 0,9% imbogatita cu un amestec de O2 si O3, concentratia ozonului fiind de 30000...40000 µg/L, care se introduce de 3...4 ori la cura de tratament, de asemenea se efectueaza perfuzii cu solutii reologice pentru dezintoxicare si cu solutie de NaCl de 0,9% imbogatita cu un amestec de O2 si O3, concentratia ozonului fiind de 4000...5000 µg/L, de 4...5 ori la cura de tratament. Concomitent cu terapia intensiva se efectueaza asanarea focarelor primare.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurology, and may be used for the treatment of patients with non-specific secondary purulent meningitis. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that antibacterial preparations are introduced in effective doses, the subarahnoid decompressive puncture is performed and in the given space, 15 ... 20 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution enriched with a mixture of O2 and O3 are introduced, the concentration ozone being 30000 ... 40000 µg / L, which is introduced 3 to 4 times at treatment, infusions are also performed with rheological solutions for detoxification and with 0.9% NaCl solution enriched with a mixture of O2 and O3, the ozone concentration being 4000 ... 5000 µg / L, 4 ... 5 times during treatment. At the same time as intensive care, primary outbreaks are remedied.
