Abstract
The invention refers to medicine, in particular to orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.Summary of the invention consists in that the device contains a partial orthodontic archwire 1, rigidly joined with orthodontic rings, installed onto the twelfth-year and sixth year molars and onto the twelfth-year premolar. Onto the orthodontic ring 2, installed onto the twelfth-year molar, from the vestibular end there are fixed three guides in the form of tube, two guides 3 with a diameter of 0,18…0,2 mm and one guide 4 with a diameter of 1,5…2 mm, placed above the first two 3, and a hook 5 oriented towards the distal part. Onto the orthodontic ring 6, installed onto the sixth-year molar, from the vestibular end there are fixed a bracket 7 and a hook 8, oriented towards the distal part. Onto the orthodontic ring 9, installed onto the twelfth-year premolar, from the vestibular end there are fixed a bracket 10 and a hook 11, oriented upwards. Into one of the guides 3, with the tube diameter of 0,18…0,2 mm, fixed onto the orthodontic ring of the twelfth-year molar, there is installed the distal end of the partial orthodontic archwire 1, and its proximal end is fixed into the arch of the bracket 10 of the twelfth-year premolar. Between the orthodontic rings 2 and 6 of the twelfth-year and sixth-year molar, onto the partial orthodontic archwire 1 there is installed a compressed spring 12, to which the difference between the compressed and extended state is equal to the tooth displacement distance.
