Abstract

The invention refers to the wine industry, in particular to an installation for flow neutralization of wine-making by-products containing Berlin blue.The installation, according to the invention, consists of a cylindrical chamber for by-product calcination, placed horizontally (3), having one end joined with a loading bin (1) with batcher (2), and the opposite end to a tube for removal of gases released during calcination of by-products and two bins for neutralized by-products (8, 10). At the same time, the calcination chamber is equipped with a screw conveyer, a heating jacket (4) equipped with a fan (19), a gas burner and a tube for combustion products, and to the gas removal tube there are consecutively connected a chamber for solid particle separation (7), a cooler (12), a vessel for condensate (13), two gas absorbers (14, 15) and a vacuum pump (16).
