Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria chimică, în particular la procedeele de obţinere a amestecurilor compuse din esteri alchilici ai acizilor superiori şi motorină, care pot fi folosite în calitate de combustibil biodiesel pentru motoarele cu ardere internă.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include transesterificarea grăsimilor vegetale cu alcooli inferiori în prezenţa hidroxidului de potasiu, separarea amestecului şi purificarea lui. Pentru intensificarea proceselor de separare şi purificare prealabilă a esterilor alchilici de glicerol, hidroxid de potasiu şi de alte impurităţi după transesterificare la amestecul reactant se adaugă motorină în cantitate de 20…30% din masa grăsimilor iniţiale. Pentru neutralizarea completă a rămăşiţelor de catalizator din combustibil se pot utiliza săruri acide, de exemplu, hidrogenofosfat de amoniu în cantitate de 1,0…1,5% din masa esterilor.
