Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul medicinii, si anume la stomatologia ortopedica, si poate fi utilizata pentru restabilirea formei si functiei anatomice a unor dinti separati, precum si pentru suplinirea defectelor arcadelor dentare cu constructii demontabile si nedemontabile de proteze cu elemente de sprijin pe implant. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca implantul dentar elicoidal demontabil consta din partile amovibila (1) si intraosoasa (9). Partea amovibila (1) include un cap (2) si un stift (3). Partile superioara (4) si de mijloc (5) ale capului (2) sunt executate sub forma de trunchi de con, amplasat cu baza lui mai mare pe partea inferioara (6) a capului (2), executata ca un suport cilindric. Partea superioara (4) a capului (2) este dotata cu un loc de contact (7) pentru instrument. Pe axa centrala a capului (2) in regiunea partilor superioara (4) si de mijloc (5) este executat un canal filetat (8), iar dinspre partea inferioara (6) este amplasat stiftul (3) de forma conica, executat sub forma de surub autofiletabil. Partea intraosoasa (9) este executata sub forma de surub autofiletabil cu canal orb (10), avand in regiunea partii superioare (11) forma de hexaedru care trece mai departe in forma conica (12). In canal (10) este amplasata o garnitura (13) polimerica elastica. In regiunea capatului partii intraosoase (9) sunt executate trei caneluri longitudinale, amplasate echidistant una de la alta.The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used to restore the anatomical shape and function of separate teeth, as well as to replace the defects of the dental arches with removable and non-removable prosthetic constructions with implant support elements. The essence of the invention is that the removable helical dental implant consists of the removable (1) and intraosseous (9) parts. The removable part (1) includes a head (2) and a pin (3). The upper (4) and middle (5) parts of the head (2) are made in the form of a cone trunk, located with its larger base on the lower part (6) of the head (2), executed as a cylindrical support. The upper part (4) of the head (2) is equipped with a contact place (7) for the instrument. On the central axis of the head (2) in the region of the upper parts (4) and of the middle (5) a threaded channel (8) is executed, and from the lower part (6) is located the pin (3) of conical shape, executed in the form self-tapping screw. The intraosseous part (9) is executed in the form of a self-tapping screw with blind channel (10), having in the region of the upper part (11) the hexahedron shape which passes further into the conical form (12). An elastic polymeric gasket (13) is located in the channel (10). In the region of the end of the intraosseous part (9) are executed three longitudinal grooves, located equidistant from one another.
