Изобретение относится к оптоэлектронике, в частности к способам получения фотонных полупроводниковых кристаллов.Способ получения фотонного полупроводникового кристалла включает электрохимическое травление, по меньшей мере, одной его поверхности. Новизна изобретения состоит в том, что электрохимическое травление осуществляют при приложении периодически изменяемого напряжения, характеризующегося прямоугольными сигналами со ступенчатым фронтом.
