Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to orthopedics.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out marking of the vascularized region by the vascular bundle of the fibular artery perforans branch, then in the given region it is marked a flap with dimensions necessary for defect plasty, it is made the incision of the skin according to the marking and it is prepared the fasciocutaneous flap, it is identified the perforans branch, which is ligated and sectioned. The prepared fasciocutaneous flap is moved in the anterior direction and it is prepared the vascular bundle of the prepared flap, containing the vessels, anastomosing the vascular bundle of the fibular artery perforans branch with the vascular bundle of the anterior tibial artery, then the flap is migrated.
