Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology and may be applied for the treatment of laryngeal cancer of grade I-II. The essence of the invention is that the laryngotomy is performed, the tumor cryodestruction with 1 ... 2 applications using a probe with a cryogenic agent temperature of -180 ° C, then the necrotized tissues are removed with the help of a plasma beam with a temperature of 2000 ... 3000 ° C of the plasma scalpel, after which the wound is sutured on the layers, and during the postoperative period, radiotherapy is performed in the dose of 2 Gy at a session, in the total dose of 40 Gy at a series of treatments.
