Abstract

The invention relates to the wine industry, in particular to a process for alcoholic beverage demetalation.The process, according to the invention, includes introduction into the beverage of the activated bentonite in a dose of 1,0…7,0 g/dm3, mixing, ageing during 6…96 hours and decanting. At the same time, there is used activated bentonite obtained by treatment thereof with 5…8% HCl solution in the ratio bentonite:HCl solution of 1:(5…10) respectively, during 4…8 hours with permanent mixing and then with 10% NaCl in the ratio of 1:(0,5…1) respectively, afterwards the bentonite is dried and comminuted up to 1,0…5,0 mm.
