Abstract

The invention relates to electronics and can be used in medical devices. The device for emission of electromagnetic microwaves includes an integrated microcircuit (5), an electromagnetic wave transmission line (7), a frequency multiplier (6), connected in series and mounted on a plate (4) with parallel stripes, mounted on a frame (10), inside which is mounted a hollow waveguide (1), one end of which is closed with a power regulation piston (2), and the other end is made in the form of an antenna (3). In the waveguide (1) and frame (10) is installed by means of a dielectric sleeve (9) an electromagnetic wave transmitter (8). The result of the invention is to stabilize the frequency and power of the microwave generator, depending on temperature, humidity and mechanical loads.
