Abstract

Inventia se refera la acvacultura si piscicultura, si anume la un procedeu de cultivare a infuzorilor Paramecium caudatum, care pot fi utilizati cahrana-start pentru pesti in perioada timpurie de viata. Procedeul de cultivare a infuzorilor Paramecium caudatum include cresterea lor intr-un mediu nutritiv ce contine drojdii si un extract din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, care seadauga in mediul nutritiv din calculul 0,50…0,75 mg la un litru de mediu nutritiv, densitatea initiala a infuzorilor fiind de 1 exemplar/ml. Cultivarea se efectueaza timp de 5…6 zile.The invention relates to aquaculture and fish farming, namely to a cultivation process of Paramecium caudatum infusers, which can be used as a starter for fish in early life. The process of cultivation of Paramecium caudatum infusers includes their growth in a nutrient medium containing yeasts and an extract of the biomass of the cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis, which sits in the nutrient medium from 0.50 to 0.75 mg per liter of nutrient medium, density initial of the infusers being of 1 copy / ml. Cultivation is done for 5 ... 6 days.
