Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la otorinolaringologie. Esenta consta in aceea ca manipulatorul otorinolaringologic cu laser include un maner cav (1) unit cu un tub rigid (2) incovoiat subun unghi de 25o fata de axa lui longitudinala, o priza fixatoare (3) si un compactor de fluoroplast (4) la un capat al tubului rigid, un nod de imbinare (5) la capatul opus, o borna cava flexibila (6), care este unita cu capatul proximal la tubul rigid prin intermediul nodulului de imbinare, avand capatul distal executat drept, incovoiat sub un unghi de 30o sau in forma de arc, si o monofibra (7), care este amplasata in tubul rigid si in borna. Totodata, in partea superioara a manerului esteinstalat un dispozitiv de reglare a aspiratiei (8), iar in partea lui inferioara un teu cu racord (9) pentru aspirare.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to otolaryngology.
