Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for reprocessing the hip. The claimed method consists in the preliminary removal of an autograft from the wing of the iliac bone that is crumbling, removing the damaged prosthesis of the hip and the nonviable tissues, granulations and scars in the region of the cotile and the proximal portion of the femoral bone. The lateral, upper and medial faces of the edge of the elbow are modeled, a cortical bone allograft is installed, starting from the tip of the cortex defect to the upper branch of the pubis and the second cortical bone allograft, starting from the tip of the cortex defect to the body of the hamstring. these. Then the allografted implants are modeled after the acetabular component of the hip stent, the cotyledon region is filled with pharyngeal autograft and pressed, after which the femoral acetabular components of the new stent are installed.
