Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu electrochimic si la un dispozitiv pentru obtinerea hipoclorituluide sodiu, care pot fi aplicate pentru tratarea bacteriologica a apelor, producerea substantelor inalbitoare si in scop medical. Procedeul electrochimic de obtinere a hipocloritului de sodiu include electroliza solutiei de clorura de sodiu in prezenta unei incarcaturi, care contine magnetit si cocs,in raport de masa de 1:(0,1…0,3), corespunzator, la densitatea curentului anodic de 4…5 A/dm2, la agitarea continua a incarcaturii, totodata in calitate de magnetit se utilizeaza tunder in forma de solzi avand marimea de 3…5 mm, iar in calitate de cocs se utilizeaza cocs pentru electrozi avand marimea de 1…3 mm. Dispozitivul pentru obtinerea hipocloritului de sodiu contine un corp (1), executat in forma de cilindru cav, racorduri de admisiune (4) si de evacuare (5) a solutiei de clorura de sodiu, o gura de incarcare (17); in interiorul cilindrului sunt amplasati un anod (6) si un catod (7) perforati, cu canale strapunse (8) si (9), conectaticu ajutorul unor conductoare izolate (10) si (11)si a unor colectoare de curent cu contacte glisante (12) si (13) la o sursa de curent continuu; pe peretii interni ai corpului (1) sunt fixate niste palete (14), iar in partea exterioara sunt amplasate niste directoare (18) cu sistem de rotile (19),conectate cu un dispozitiv de actionare electrica(20). Rezultatul consta in sporirea eficientei electrolizei, micsorarea capacitatii de absorbtie a energiei si majorarea randamentului produsului finit.The invention relates to an electrochemical process and to a device for obtaining sodium hypochlorite, which can be applied for the bacteriological treatment of water, the production of bleaching substances and for medical purposes. The electrochemical process for obtaining sodium hypochlorite includes the electrolysis of the sodium chloride solution in the presence of a charge, which contains magnetite and coke, in a mass ratio of 1: (0.1… 0.3), corresponding to the anodic current density of 4… 5 A / dm2, for continuous agitation of the load, also as magnetite is used tunder in the form of scales having the size of 3… 5 mm, and as coke is used coke for electrodes having the size of 1… 3 mm . The device for obtaining sodium hypochlorite contains a body (1), made in the form of a hollow cylinder, inlet connections (4) and outlet (5) of the sodium chloride solution, a loading mouth (17); Inside the cylinder are placed a perforated anode (6) and a cathode (7), with pierced channels (8) and (9), connected by means of insulated conductors (10) and (11) and current collectors with sliding contacts (12) and (13) to a direct current source; on the inner walls of the body (1) are fixed some blades (14), and in the outer part are placed some directors (18) with wheel system (19), connected with an electric actuator (20). The result is an increase in electrolysis efficiency, a decrease in energy absorption capacity and an increase in the efficiency of the finished product.
