Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la traumatologie şi ortopedie şi poate fi utilizată în tratamentul chirurgical al fracturilor prin compresiune ale condilului, când este prezentă compresiunea condilului cu marginea periferică păstrată.Conform invenţiei, în articulaţia genunchiului se introduce un artroscop, se examinează locul, caracterul leziunii şi se determină centrul convenţional al presării. Se efectuează o incizie de 1,0…1,5 cm în regiunea diafizei proximale a tibiei. Cu ajutorul unui ghidaj pentru plastia ligamentului cruciform se introduce o broşă în centrul convenţional al presării şi după ea cu o freză cavă se efectuează osteotomia tibiei până la locul presării, apoi blocului osos i se conferă mobilitate şi sub controlul artroscopului se efectuează repoziţionarea prin deplasare proximală a blocului osos până la nivelul suprafeţei articulare a tibiei. În acest caz se formează un defect periferic în condil, care se umple cu autotransplant osos prelevat din regiunea aripii osului iliac cu o freză cavă de acelaşi diametru. La un contact strâns al autotransplantului cu blocul osos deplasat se execută fixarea lor cu şuruburi sau buloane introduse paralel de partea nelezată a condilului. Se înlătură artroscopul.
