The invention refers to microbiology, in particular to a nutrient medium for cultivation of Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C fungi strain and may be applied for obtaining cellulosolytic preparations used in oenology.The nutrient medium for cultivation of Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C fungi strain contains KH2PO4, CaCl2, KCl, MgSO4·7H2O, NaNO3, FeCl3·6H2O, corn extract, corn stems, MoO2(acac)2Gly and distilled water, having the pH 4,5…5,5, the ingredients being taken in the following ratio, g/L:
