Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that an arthroscope is introduced into the knee joint, the place and character of the lesion are examined, the level of displacement of the condyle fragment is established. Then, in the fragment of the condyle concomitantly in two sectors, a rod is inserted transcutaneously, the reposition of the fragment is performed, after which it is temporarily fixed with 2… 3 brushes, then permanently fixed with 2… 3 cannulated screws from the non-traumatic part of the condyle. The rods, brushes and arthroscope are removed.
